TWICE - OOH-AHH하게 (Like OOH-AHH) [2015 - DEBUT]

Finally, new JYP girl-group, TWICE, make their debut with OOH-AHH하게. I'm so excited about this, because I do love their teaser, what-the-fuck yet hilarious.

A little bit sad that the digital sales didn't go so well. But, it's just two days since their debut. We don't know what will happen, right? Btw, still learning their names. So far, I like Nayeon, Momo, and Tzuyu (too much bias in a group, LOL)

Finally, JoJo is back! After almost 9 years, finally she released a new-official-materials! (I don't count the mixtapes). I'm so excited! Really can't explain how I feel right now...

So, this single has 3 songs, which she/her new label said that it'll be a part of her third album! OMG!! We can listen the songs on her youtube channel.




I'm going to replay the whole single and The High Road album until she drops the new album. Finally my childhood came back to life :')

Selena Gomez feat. A$AP Rocky - Good For You [2015]

Pada awalnya Selena rilis lagu ini, aku memutuskan untuk tidak mendengarnya, agak kesal, karena dia bilang akan retire dari dunia menyanyi dan fokus akting. Tapi, ternyata dia kembali lagi dan lagi. Akhirnya beberapa hari kemudian, aku mendengarkan versi official audionya di saluran VEVO dia. Not impressed at the first time. Agak aneh mendengar suara Selena tanpa autotune (?), dan kemudian dia merilis video tanpa A$AP Rocky. Oh, ku pikir ini semacam Mariah Carey yang merilis lagu You're Mine (Eternal), versi original dan versi remix dengan Trey Songz. Awalnya kupikir versi A$AP Rocky adalah versi remix, tapi ternyata versi official.


Agak aneh mendengar lagu ini tanpa A$AP Rocky. I'm not hating, tetapi dari editan musik dan lagunya secara keseluruhan terdengar kosong. Entah itu tujuannya dirilis versi ini agak pendengar bisa merasakan usaha dia yang ingin terlihat good for you.

K-POP: Summer 2015

Summer (musim panas) hampir berakhir (atau belum? Entah, aku gak pernah tau dimana patokan musim panas dengan musim gugur). Summer 2015 menjadi salah satu summer terbaik dalam hidup aku sejak berkecimpung di dunia musik KPOP (baca: fanboy). Terlalu banyak idol group, baik itu yang sunbae, hoobae, ataupun rookie yang melakukan comeback. Berikut ini aku akan menampilkan beberapa rekomendasi lagu kpop (group) yang memikat hatiku selama kurun waktu Mei sampai Agustus. Dalam beberapa bulan, beberapa group merilis beberapa lagu. Di sini aku hanya akan menampilkan satu dari beberapa comebacknya yang ku rasa berbekas di hati.

Zedd - I Want You To Know (feat. Selena Gomez) [2015]

I WAS a mega fan of Selena (Now, become a fan -- only regular fan). I bought her debut and sophomore album, and I totally loved it. Until, she and Justin become a couple, I started to stop loving her. But then, I found myself jamming to the For You album, which is nice. So, I'm back become her big-fan.

I like Zedd. He's making some 'legendary' EDM tracks: Clarity, Stay The Night, Find You, Break Free. Another reason why I like him that he is so cute; He posted some dork faces on his instagram, which can make my day. I'm so looking forward to his next project and album. Clarity was a grower and still stuck in my head. I don't know whether Zedd making a good music (Clarity) or Foxes just hot as hell. Can't decided.

I almost scream a few week ago when Zedd posted a single cover for his future project -- with Selena Gomez! I wish it would be a big smash like Clarity did. I really want to go to February 23rd at that time, and go back to the exact date and living my life regularly. Besides the rumor (Zelena 4EVA!!), I just only care about the music. Until Febrary 23rd came yesterday, I was one of the first who listen the song (when the video on Youtube hit 301 views). After the first listen, I was like.........

EXILE - NEW HORIZON [2014]

I'm one of biggest fan of GENERATIONS from EXILE TRIBE. Aku belum tertarik untuk mencari lebih dalam mengenai bandmate mereka. Padahal, EXILE adalah grup yang mempelopori terbentuknya GENERATIONS dan E-Girls. Sampai seorang teman memberikan album EXILE BEST HITS yang terdiri dari 2 CD: LOVE SIDE dan SOUL SIDE. LOVE merupakan track-track ballad yang dirilis EXILE (namun, terdengar lebih ke track yang hanya dinyanyikan oleh Atsushi (?)); SOUL berupa track-track upbeat milik mereka. Aku punya waktu yang lama sampai harus menyadari kalau album kompilasi ini adalah brilian!

Karena EXILE sudah memiliki lebih dari 40an single, akupun akhirnya mengurungkan niat untuk 'belajar' lagu-lagu mereka saat itu. Akhirnya aku hanya mengikuti GENERATIONS karena singlenya masih sedikit dan aku masih bisa mengejar. Walaupun begitu, cintaku buat Atsushi akan menjadi ever-lasting. Aku sangat jatuh cinta dengan suaranya.

Sampai aku sadar kalau EXILE mengeluarkan single baru (yang ternyata keluar pada pertengahan July!) dari channel TheFineBros:

EXID (이엑스아이디) - 위아래 (Up & Down) [2014]

Actually, I'm EXID's biggest fan since their debut, since they're 6-members-girlgroup. I know them because Shinsadong (who made almost everything T-ara hits) made EXID and I totally obsessed with that guy. Since their debut track and mini album really flop, nobody cared about them. Their peak starting when the Every Night track came and suddenly the controversy came and they should start from the beginning again. Well, I was so mad at that time that EXID didn't release any track on 2013. Until they came back with this track on mid 2014.

I was not sure whether I like this song or not when it was released. I have a mixed feeling. I hate it because their past singles were much much better. I like it because it was EXID. If you followed me on twitter, I used to say that I'm so dissapointed with this song. I'd been waiting for almost 2 years and this is what I got? And the MV was so awkward. But, I still play it on my phone, wish I changed my mind.

4TEN (포텐) - Why (왜 이래) [2015]

Have you heard about a kpop girlgroup called 4TEN? Actually, this is my first time hearing about them. Mereka baru saja merilis single beberapa hari lalu dan harus diakui kalau lagunya membuat aku ingat kenapa aku suka dengan KPOP.

Release Date: January 5, 2014

Merupakan single kedua dari grup ini, Why adalah satu track yang strangely addictive. Walaupun aku tidak mengetahui nama-nama mereka, bagaimana personality mereka di variety show, dan lainnya, I just fell in love with them. Semakin sering mendengarnya, semakin aku mengorelasikan kalau lagu ini mirip dengan Tonight-nya SPICA, yang sama-sama strangely addictive, namun dengan nada yang lebih rendah dibandingkan Tonight. Kesan lain yang aku dapatkan adalah kalau lagu ini korea banget. Maksudnya, semacam flashback mendengarkan lagu-lagu korea di tahun 2000 tengah sampai akhir atau mendengarkan soundtrack dari drama korea.

Your New Obsession: Nelly Furtado - Waiting for the Night

Yup, here we go again with the new sound of my favorite: Nelly Furtado. Now, the 4th single from The Spirit Indestructible, Waiting for the Night is totally slaying my day. Actually, I have a copy of the album from a long time, but doesn't know that this HOT TRACK is on the album. Check the MV below, and you'll know why I like the music (and in some part, it sounds like Lovey Dovey instrument, and I love it)
